Yes. However, redesigning an item will incur additional fees.
If you would like to proceed, we will send you a custom listing to make an order. Once purchased, the necessary mock-ups will be sent. Any additional revisions may incur additional fees.
If you're comfortable with an additional express fee. Please reach us via hello@artisansproject.com or WhatsApp (+65) 80 900 700 for your urgent orders with your dateline and project brief. Our dedicated team will attend to you ASAP.
Our standard processing time is 3-5business days excluding shipping time.
If you are purchasing multiple pieces in the same transaction, all items will ship together according to the item with the longest processing time. During peak/holiday seasons, production time may vary and will be reflected in our announcement banner.
Yes you may and please reach out to us ASAP via email hello@artisansproject.com or WhatsApp (+65) 80 900 700 to check on the status of your order. If production had already begun, we will not be able to make any changes.
Refunds or cancellations are not allowed for any custom orders and we seek your understanding.
At your chosen product page, it will be indicated clearly if there is an artwork preview or not (please refer to Design Options). Should you require an artwork preview but your chosen product does not have one, please reach out to us.
Do note that additional fees applies. If you would like to proceed, we will send you a custom listing to pay the difference. Once purchased, the necessary artwork will be sent. Any additional revisions may incur additional fees.
For all other orders that has an artwork preview, we will send you your artwork for confirmation before production begins. Likewise, should you require additional revision, additional fee will apply
As we work with a variety of materials, not all signs can be attached to the wall with adhesive due to product weight. A guide will be reflected in the product page on the installation application.
Artisans Project is not liable for damages from adhesives to the wall/banner and cannot guarantee success with its application.
The characteristics of the wood used to build a particular product may vary slightly from the wood used in any samples or product
photography due to the inherent characteristics of the material.
Since Wood is a natural material. There will be variation, including knots, texture and grain variations. These are not defects. And we cannot control or guarantee the exact look of any board or product.
In turn, no representation, warranty and/or guarantee is made with respect to the precise color, lustre or appearance of finishes of any product.
All of our products are completely handcrafted, and we make no representation or guarantee that any product will appear exactly as any another.
Please proceed with your orders only if you are comfortable with the natural characteristics of wood.
Shipping
All orders goes through the QC department before it gets shipped.
We handle all packing, packaging and (local) shipping in house to ensure all products are managed and delivered safely to your doorstep.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Local orders and deliveries are charged at a flat rate of 10 SGD. Delivery time would be between 1-2 business days.
For urgent orders and self collection, customers will be notified via Email/Text when your order is ready for collection.
Your self collection appointments will be scheduled via text message. Strictly no walk-ins at our studio.
Shipping outside of Singapore is possible. These options are available at your cart out page. The shipping times are usually 5-7 business days.
